During the month of December, our spotlight shines brightly on long-term employee, Sau Wong. Sau joined the HealthLink Europe and International team in 2014 as a Customer Care Specialist. After a short time, she moved into the role of Business Solutions Engineer. She served in that capacity for several years before moving into her current position as Business Solutions Supervisor, where she is responsible for supervising a team of five and managing client-related activities. She is known for proactively proposing solutions and then implementing them to improve processes. She is a team player and comments “When my employees are happy, I am happy.”

In her spare time, Sau enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is in her happy place during a spa day with her best friend and finds peace in DIY projects for which she can use her creativity.

Sau comments: “I enjoy working with all my colleagues at HealthLink Europe and International. I’m fortunate to have been able to turn any challenges on my HealthLink journey into an opportunity for personal development and growth. So happy to be part of a growing company and to see many positive changes that lead to customer and employee satisfaction”.
