Cold Storage & Life Science
HealthLink’s ISO 13485 facilities provide a variety of controlled environmental conditions to accommodate your storage requirements. Our 24/7 wireless temperature and humidity monitoring system and dedicated alarm systems ensure that products are maintained at the correct temperature at all times. Available storage conditions are:
- Controlled Room Temperature and Relative Humidity (20° to 25°C)
- Walk-in Refrigerators (2° to 8°C)
- Freezers (-10° to -80°C)

Kitting & Labeling
Our state of the art Warehouse Management System (WMS) has a full kitting module which can be tailored to the needs and specifications of each client.
Kitting activities are performed in a segregated area with Lot, Batch and Serial Number traceability for all production-kit bills of material. The production bill of material is based on the inbound Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN). The kitting process includes:
