For our office in Memphis, (TN, USA), we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (see below for detailed job descriptions).

Customer Service Specialist

As a customer care specialist, you will join our accomplished, and friendly team; benefitting from an informal and diverse atmosphere, with real collegial spirit.
As part of your daily activities, you will report to your Team Lead Customer Care Division. We offer a comprehensive training programme, after which, you will be responsible for the complete order-to- cash process of several international clients. You will act as an extension of your client’s company, working closely together and running their daily business. Next to proficient English, you will speak another language at a professional level. This is a requisite for this position.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Being the first point of contact both by phone, and by e-mail, for multiple clients;
  • Manage the order entry, inventory, inbounds and invoicing for these clients;
  • You will also be responsible for client specific documentation relating to exportation and logistics;
  • Furthermore, you will work in conjunction with our own Finance, Warehouse and Quality departments, as well as our external logistics service provider;
  • Manage customer KPI’s;
  • Manage all customer related activities within the boundaries of QA guidelines, or clients specific designed processes;
  • The import of administrative orders, and follow the order process. Ensure that problems/complaints/returns are also adequately resolved.

  • A level of education MBO+/HBO;
  • A number of years’ experience in customer care/supply chain/logistics is desirable;
