As a customer care specialist, you will join our accomplished, and friendly team; benefitting from an informal and diverse atmosphere, with real collegial spirit.
As part of your daily activities, you will report to your Team Lead Customer Care Division. We offer a comprehensive training programme, after which, you will be responsible for the complete order-to- cash process of several international clients. You will act as an extension of your client’s company, working closely together and running their daily business. Next to proficient English, you will speak another language at a professional level.
