Clinical Trial Management

HealthLink Europe has experience in assisting customers to coordinate their clinical trials in Europe. Working along side Clinical Research Organizations (CRO's) we manage the physical process and ensure that products arriving from different locations are shipped to our customers' requirements to our facilities in The Netherlands. Following our receiving and inspection process the products are carefully handled and stored to our customers specifications.

Having predetermined the clinical trial sites and worked with our customers and the CRO's to determine timing of deliveries and specific sign off requirements; we pick, pack and ship the devices to the applicable locations. In some instances we deliver the products to a specific floor within a hospital or operating theatre.

As most of our customers are based in North America during the clinical trial process, having HealthLink in the same time zone and able to carryout the day to day tasks along with their clinical specialists has proved to be both a cost and time saving exercise that aligns our services with our customers goals.
