Position 1: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative you will be part of a team that consists of 45 colleagues. The atmosphere is informal with a collegial spirit. You will report to your Team leader. After a training period you will be responsible for the complete order to cash process of several international accounts. You are the main point of contact for open orders, invoices, inbounds, trade fairs, etc. You enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment where you will be communicating in various languages. Next to proficient Dutch and English, you speak French on a high professional level. This is a requisite for this opening.

• Masters the Dutch, English and French language at a professional level.

Experience and skills
• Educational level HBO, for example in tourism, recreation, communication or administration;
